Carneros Chardonnay

We harvest our Carneros Chardonnay on the leading edge of ripeness with fuller acidity, then enrich the juice with full malolactic fermentation. By fermenting and aging in oak, combined with sur lees stirring during the malolactic process, we finish with a lush, yet full fruit Chardonnay with just a hint of oak for added structure.

Sonoma Valley Cabernet

From the rich valley floor just north of Sonoma, this medium to full bodied Cabernet Sauvignon has typical nuances of blackberry, black cherry and blueberry jam. It’s berry notes will mature and become more exquisite dried fig and plum characters over the next 3 years.

Sonoma Valley Cab Blend

Our offerings from the Sonoma Valley portion of Highway 12 embody the naturally fresh berry-fruit characters of Sonoma grapes. Sonoma Valley is home to this Cabernet Blend and this trio of varietals reigns supreme in most Sonoma Valley microclimates.

Balanced, structured and soft, with equal parts Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot, this wine is a true crowd pleaser. Structure from the Cabernet Sauvignon, a silky, soft texture from the Cabernet Franc and incredible fruit from the Merlot, this wine will find favor with the many palates at a dinner party.

Sonoma Valley Merlot

Like our Cabernet Blend, Sonoma Valley is home to this Merlot and it boasts of those same prized Sonoma qualities. Drinkable upon release, this wine will soften and further develop with time in the cellar.

Our Highway 12 Merlot provides a true Sonoma Valley experience. French oak barrel aging serves to complement the wine's fermented fruitiness and add subtle notes of oak and vanilla. Bold, ripe and delicately intense, this wine sets a lofty standard for Merlot.
